Yard of the Month

Congrats to our June Yard of the Month at 4018 South Wayne Avenue!

The owners received a $50 gift card to show our appreciation for their hard work. Thank you for helping keep Historic Fairmont beautiful!

Tips & Reminders

Spring has sprung! A few reminders:

  • Per city ordinance, clean up after pets and keep them on leash!
  • Remove piles of trash and animal waste to help prevent pests.
  • Make sure your mower is working!  The City's Tall Grass/Weed Program begins May 18 and requires weeds or grass to be no taller than nine inches on both residential and commercial properties.
  • Check smoke alarms, air filters, AC units, and sump pumps.
  • Clean gutters, dryer vents, and refrigerator coils.
